We had a great visit from Gmama and GBuzz (Brittany's mom and step-dad) last week as we rung in the new year and celebrated Caitrin's 2nd birthday. We had a great time and were able to do a bit of exploring around town (though it was really cold for most of their visit).
One of our stops included the Kentucky Horse Park, where we met a sweet pony named Belle. Belle participates in pony relay races at the park, but she is special because she only has one eye (due to glaucoma). Caitrin has been talking about her all week: "Belle... eye... sad.... Belle, cute."
