Okay, I've been meaning to share this with you all for quite some time and apologize for the delay. For those of you who know Tom, you know that he LOVES Chick-fil-A. It is his all-time favorite. He would, surely, eat there for three meals a day (minus Sunday, or course) if money (and calories) were no issue.
Back in January we stopped in Atlanta to stay with our dear friends Kelly and Tony (and baby). I, Brittany, have visited a Dwarf House prior to this visit and knew that it was a must for Tom. (A CFA Dwarf House is basically a CFA with a dining room where you have a server and they offer an extended menu).
So the evening before, Tom and Tony had plotted to leave the house and head to CFA by 10:30 (in order to be there for breakfast). After passing a regular CFA on the way to the Dwarf House, you can imagine their dismay when we showed up at 10:34. YIKES, no breakfast! (Or so we thought.)
We sat down and the waitress quickly informed us that they were actually still serving breakfast since it was Saturday and they (get ready for this...) offered an ALL YOU CAN EAT Chick-fil-A BUFFET! Can you all imagine Tom's delight? I'm not sure that you can. This buffet not only included waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon, but unlimited chicken nuggets. Oh my!
Needless to say, Tom started scoping out real estate in the Atlanta area, in hopes to make a visit to the Dwarf House a weekly tradition. Maybe one day...
